 Just to continue smoldering in jealousy, I thought I would add some more morel pics, this time taken by Tim James, a mycological monk based in Ann Arbor right now.  See I will let you all in a a secret, MORELS LOVE BURNS...and I haven't heard many details from my comrades about their hunt, but I'm pretty sure they struck gold when they reached the UP of Michigan and hit up the burn site around the Two Hearted River.  In less jealous news, I recently typo-ed my website and accidently went to the blogpot instead of bloodspot. boy of boy did a find a funny thing!  check it out for lol's. www.mushroomsaregoth.blogpot.com

Morel Gods Have Spoken

Ever so proud am I of my newly rich friends---Tim James (above) and Buck Castillo (below) and Katy Lazurus, ect!   The morel gods have finally puked their brains out to my friends and I couldn't be happier, because if my friends are anything like me...it's all about FINDING the morels, although they do taste good too.  These morels were found May 30 ish - June 2 nd ish in Northern Michigan.
