Look here at my hip homies collecting Russulas in a private reserve near Ann Arbor.  We went there on a safari of sorts.  I vaguely remember tasting this mushroom in our hands and I believe they were Russula emetica because when I put it in my mouth I wanted to vomit. Photo Credit- Selena Smith

On this safari trip we also found "Hen of the woods" Latin name Grifolia frondosa, but sadly it was rotted out, such a god awful thing to see of such a prize edible.  We were a little too late.
